                            Cemetery Regulations


 1. Fresh or silk flowers must be placed in receptacles flush to the ground, attached to the memorial, or hung from free standing hooks or easels, which are to be flush with the memorial.
 2. Faded silk flowers or wilted fresh flowers will be removed at the cemetery association's discretion.
 3. The use of cans, bottles, glass containers or other unsightly receptacles are prohibited.
 4. Statues, figurines, Peach or Eternal Lights, etc., must be  placed on the base of the memorial.
 5. New hedges, fencing, railings, curbing or coping will not be permitted on any burial site. Those existing may remain but cannot be replaced.
 6. Grave blankets and wreaths may be used during the holiday season only.
 7. All winter flowers and decorations will  be removed after February 15th.
 8. No planting of trees, bushes or shrubs.
 9. All trash must be removed from  premises.
10. Park on driveways only.
11. No pets permitted.
12. No burial can be made without prior cemetery association consent.
13. Cemetery association will not be held responsible for stolen or damaged property.
14. Cemetery association reserves the right to remove any items in violation of the above regulations without prior notification to the lot owner.
